Email and Password Settings

Via Webmail, Outlook and iPhone

EMAIL SETTINGS VIA WEBMAIL

STEP 1

Go to ZochNet.com & click Webmail Access

Accessing your email via the web is super easy. Just go to www.ZochNet.com and Click Webmail Access (it’s in the top right corner).

STEP 2

Enter Username and Password

Now enter your full ZochNet email address (e.g. info@ZochNet.com) and your password (this is cap-sensitive.)

EMAIL SETTINGS VIA OUTLOOK

STEP 1

Clear you Cache

Using your internet browser of choice (Chrome is shown below), open the settings or internet options menu.
Step 1: Click on the Chrome menu icon seated towards the right end, besides the address bar. clear the cache

STEP 2

Fill up the screen

Fill in the information using the following settings.
Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers: mail.zochnet.com
Username: your FULL email address (e.g. info@ZochNet.com). Fill up the screen

STEP 3

Click "More Settings"

Under the Outgoing Server tab, check ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.’
(Leave ‘use same settings’ on.)

click more settings

STEP 4

Click on the Advanced Tab

Go to the advanced Tab and set the outgoing server to 2525. Click ok and then Next.
You should now have access!

iPHONE Email Settings

Open Mail App

When you open the mail app for the first time, you are presented with several different types of mail accounts you can set up. Select Other.

In the name field enter your name

In the Email field enter your email address

In the Password field enter your password

Click Next in the top right corner

Under incoming mail server… Host Name is mail.zochnet.com

7°

User Name is your full ZochNet email address and then your password

Use the same information in the outgoing mail server

Click next in the top right corner

Click save in the top right corner

Go to the phones main settings

In settings go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars

Select your ZochNet email address

Select the account at the top

At the bottom select Advanced

Scroll to the bottom of that page and turn SSL off

In the IMAP Prefix field put INBOX

Select the back button in the top left corner

Select SMTP

Select mail.zochnet.com

Turn SSL off and set port to 2525

Select done in the top right corner

Select the back button in the top left corner

Select done in the top right corner

Now you are done!

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD

First, log in through ZochNet webmail

After you log in, in the same corner, next to Logout, click the settings button

At the top of the mail area are now 4 tabs. The last is Password. Click this

You will now be asked for your current password, your desired password and a confirmation of your desired password

5°

When you hit save, a message will let you know the change was successful.

Keep your identity safe by not telling anyone your password and using a different password for every site.
Your new password must be a minimum of 8 letters or numbers.
We recommend using a combination of upper case letters, lower case letters and numbers and changing your password regularly.
