Accessing your email via the web is super easy. Just go to www.ZochNet.com and Click Webmail Access (it’s in the top right corner).
Now enter your full ZochNet email address (e.g. info@ZochNet.com) and your password (this is cap-sensitive.)
Welcome to your ZochNet Email.
Using your internet browser of choice (Chrome is shown below), open the settings or internet options menu.
Step 1: Click on the Chrome menu icon seated towards the right end, besides the address bar.
Fill in the information using the following settings.
Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers: mail.zochnet.com
Username: your FULL email address (e.g. info@ZochNet.com).
Under the Outgoing Server tab, check ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.’
(Leave ‘use same settings’ on.)
Go to the advanced Tab and set the outgoing server to 2525. Click ok and then Next.
You should now have access!
When you open the mail app for the first time, you are presented with several different types of mail accounts you can set up. Select Other.
Keep your identity safe by not telling anyone your password and using a different password for every site.
Your new password must be a minimum of 8 letters or numbers.
We recommend using a combination of upper case letters, lower case letters and numbers and changing your password regularly.
